Bridport Runners get the “Jurassic” back into the Bridport Jurassic Coast Run 2019. Among the growing number of entries for this year’s running event, the first dinosaur was spotted: Ben “T-Rex” Renshaw, Bridport Runners’ Chair, tested the tough course in his new running outfit. “It’s a killer, even if you have two strong legs like a tyrannosaurus!”, admitted Renshaw once he got on top of Thorncombe Beacon, the second highest hill on the South Coast and a landmark on this year’s Bridport Jurassic Coast Run.

The tough 10k(ish) and an even tougher half-marathon (two loops of the 10k) races along the beautiful Jurassic Coast will take place Sunday, 11 August 2019, 10:30am, from the promenade in West Bay, Bridport. Online entries open via FullOnSport for the 10k race and for the half-marathon. More information on our special Bridport Jurassic Coast Run page.
