For everyone who’s doing Bridport Runners’ Wednesday training (or is thinking about joining): Here’s the Club’s coaching rota until autumn 2018. The plan shows what is planned for each Wednesday and which qualified Coach or Leader in Running fitness will lead the training. On Wednesday evenings the Club meets at 6.00 pm at the car park of the Bee’s football stadium, opposite the Bridport Leisure Centre. On these intense training sessions, which usually last about an hour and a half, we normally do speed work, intervals and hill repetitions.
