Well, that’s quite a long way to go for doing a half-marathon: Kazy drove all the way to Italy to do the Venice moonlit half this weekend. The race was not directly in Venice but just across the water on the beautiful peninsula Lido do Jesalo. Kazy said afterwards: “It was the nicest half, and Chris and me had a lovely trip! All open along the coast, silky soft air, feeling like in the med. No cars or traffic, only the very last mile got dark, as we came into the glitz of the town with fantastic music and crowds cheering for fanfare of a finish. Shops and bars all open, place was pleasantly buzzing!” Thanks for raising Bridport Runners’ appearance internationally, Kazy!
